BE A CROWN TO YOUR HUSBAND
Proverbs 31:23
“Her husband is
known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.”
Her husband is known among those
he works with because of her.
A man’s home life will show.
Her husband’s peers will
know he has a good wife with a good attitude and a cheerful countenance.
It will be seen in his disposition.
As a help-meet, a wife can be instrumental in her husband’s
reaching his full potential for the Lord.
What has your past record been? Are you a crown to your
husband, or have you been like rottenness in his bones? May God give us the
desire to be our husband’s “crown” in every way: a crown to both his life and ministry.
Remember to always thank the Lord
for your husband. The more you thank the Lord for your husband, the more
appreciative you will be of him.
Pray about your husband’s needs,
and for your relationship with him. Let him know that you will be praying for
him throughout the day.
Praise is A one-word solution to most marital problems.
Proverbs 12:25
Praise is a powerful tool of
encouragement, and brings out the best in those we love. USE IT
never say publicly anything
negative about your husband.
take every opportunity to
publicly say something positive about your husband. (“Plant a little
seed of praise here and a little seed there until praise is scattered
everywhere.”)
